During his early years, Wade was a promising student with straight A's and excelling in multiple sports including hockey, football, and baseball.
He was recruited to play Division 1 hockey and had a bright future ahead of him.
But then life took a different path…
Through a series of poor choices involving drugs and alcohol, Wade ended up at rock bottom. He faced a pivotal turning point in his life: either keep making the wrong decisions or commit fully to recovery through AA and the 12-step program.
This right choice was the catalyst in transforming his life, and after one year of attending daily AA meetings, working with a sponsor, he was able to completely rebuild his life from the ground up at the age of 31.
In just 5 years since his turning point, Wade has since built multiple successful companies in the healthcare and functional medicine space.
Wade has led teams of over 300 people and created real enterprise value—not just revenue.
He realized that most business owners don't have a business—they have a job with overhead.
Even as the companies grew, he recognized the pattern entrepreneurs get trapped in: endless decisions bottlenecking on them, overwhelming stress from being the "only one who could do it right," and a business that couldn't run without them.
